Arriving to a stifling hot room was incredibly disappointing, and the air conditioning barely worked throughout my entire three-night stay. the absence of coat hooks and any proper storage in the room forced us to live out of our suitcase on the floor, which is utterly unacceptable. To top it off, the bathroom design lacked privacy with a glass door that couldn't be locked, making our stay feel uncomfortable and intrusive.

The location is ideal for those wanting to explore the

city center, with easy access to public transport. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, though the cleaning could be improved as we found areas that weren't dusted during our stay.
